Installation & commissioning

We provide professional installation, take care of training your staff and ensure a smooth start-up of your new Pixargus system in the line. Quality inspection will be instantly available and ready for use 24/7. The measuring, defect detection and evaluation software is intuitive and easy to use. After just one training day, your staff will be fit to handle the new system.

By the way: We train not only your operating staff but also your maintenance teams.

Training services & three-stage advanced training

Like to get the most out of your inspection system?
Then make sure your staff gets properly trained. Benefit from our specialized training programs for machine operators, technicians and maintenance personnel. We know: Ever higher quality requirements have to be coped with in the process chain. Your operating staff has to make sure that the processes always run correctly and stably. We train them to use our systems in the most efficient way.

By the way: Employees participating in our three-step training program can advance from a qualified system operator to a certified “ProfilControl Expert”.

 

Regular maintenance & calibration

Like to be sure that quality control will work reliably also in the years to come?
We take care of servicing your systems and calibrating them once a year. With our mobile calibration unit, which we have developed specifically for this purpose, calibration is a matter of just a few hours. Our annual service also includes an update of the system software.

By the way: With the Pixargus inspection badge and the MSA certification, you can attest to your customers that your Pixargus system works flawlessly and reliably.

We are ready to assist you at any time. Our service team of experienced, in-house technicians and engineers can help you instantly via remote control. We guarantee a maximum response time to your inquiry of two hours. And, if necessary, we also come to your site: within Germany on the next work day, worldwide within 48 hours.

By the way: Our customers very much appreciate our flexibility of rendering on-site service spontaneously, for example, during a plant shutdown scheduled at short notice.

Repairs, spare parts, retrofits, hard and software

Need a spare part or competent assistance for an upgrade of your Pixargus system?
We are well prepared to swiftly handle any request for a replacement part, as we have spare parts on stock all over the world – in Germany, the USA and also in China. On request, you may use our unbureaucratic expedited shipping service: With this service you can have your defective part replaced even before a purchase order has been activated. An additional service: We are happy to trade your old Pixargus system in.
