The system analyzes the particle size distribution in extrusion compounds. Thus the compound quality is checked before production starts. Detectable defects and irregularities

Specially developed lighting elements provide an extremely homogeneously lit measuring field, allowing particles down to 20 µm and their size distribution to be evaluated. As soon as the distribution is not in line with the specifications, the system will trigger an alarm.
