The hardware and software of PIXARGUS’ highly successful ProfilControl 7 technology have been optimized and adapted to the measurement of products of simple, round contours. AllRounDia DualVision is the first small-budget system that measures both surfaces as well as contours, ovality and diameter of tubes, hoses and cables - simultaneously and gaplessly!

PIXARGUS DualVision Technology
AllRounDia DualVision comes with proven inspection technology smartly integrated into a cost-optimized downsized model: The DualVision technology combines camera-based laser triangulation with full-scale LED surface inspection. Just one sensor head is used for both, dimension measurement and surface inspection. A highly cost-saving solution!
User-friendly and intuitive
The system comes with a straightforward and intuitive HMI. It can be operated either directly via its 15-cm multi-touch screen or, remotely, via a tablet. All measurement data for dimension and surface inspection are clearly shown in one display.
“Big Data” becomes “Quality@ Industry 4.0”
AllRounDia DualVision can be intelligently networked via LAN or other interfaces with additional sensors, measuring systems, PDA and ERP systems, and a PLC environment. It interlinks the quality data measured by the sensors and combines them into an integrated data map (Offline-Viewer). Thus, the user can analyze the results within a coherent context and condense “big data” to what is really needed.

Specially developed lighting elements ensure that the measuring field is extremely homogeneously lit, allowing the camera sensors to even capture and process invisible and difficult-to-detect irregularities and defects – for example, specks, pores, scratches, blisters, fissures or grooves.
Optional system modules
Offline Viewer
The optional Offline Viewer allows the operator to retrieve the quality data generated by the system from his PC in order to make individual evaluations or draw up quality reports for internal or external purposes.
