High-capacity multi-camera sensors of microscopic resolution can focus on any characteristic feature of a heavily textured fabric and measure this feature with an accuracy of a few micrometers. Thanks to complex image processing and sample recognition algorithms, even the reflections of shiny materials can be used to make any tiny irregularity visible and detectable.

WebControl S is Industry 4.0 ready, as it can be intelligently networked via LAN or other interfaces with additional sensors, measuring systems, PDA and ERP systems, and a PLC environment. WebControl interlinks the quality data measured by the sensors and combines them into an integrated data map. Thus, the user can analyze the results within a coherent context and condense “big data” to what is really needed.
