Gerd Tandara has been a service technician for the leading supplier of automated Quality Control for four years, and brings to his new post abundant technical expertise and far-reaching experience in customer support.
As the head of Service, he will now be the primary contact for the commissioning, calibration and maintenance of optical inspection systems supplied by Pixargus and will coordinate service activities around the globe. The 37-year-old intends in the future to further enhance the measurement technology specialist's already high level of service quality. Individualized service packages, short reaction times and an open ear for questions and comments are his guiding principles. "Customer satisfaction is the prime objective", he affirms.
In addition, his service team is to be expanded: Yvonne Müller von Blumencron has been supporting the work of the back office in general office work since 1 December 2018. From 1 February 2019 a new service technician will been on board. Another service technician will join the team in the near future.
