What we measure


Our optical inspection systems provide non-contact inline quality control. Up to eight high-capacity camera sensors are arranged around the circumference of the profile and capture any – however small – surface defect at 100% in real time – even for highly complex extruded products.


PIXARGUS‘ image processing technology uses high-precision optics and sophisticated algorithms to handle profile geometries of any kind and complexity. A specially developed calibration of the laser-camera system forms the basis for maximum precision and excellent measuring results.


Inner Geometry

A benchmark in automated quality inspection: The new ICSM technology inspects the complete inner cross section of cut profiles automatically and continuously during running production. A high performing sensor unit with 4, 6 or 8 cameras replaces the time-consuming manual quality inspection process.
