On-site service

In urgent situations, we also render on-site support. Before our visit, we will discuss with you the precautions to be taken to rule out any risk for your and our employees. We are sure that this is also in your interest.

Using the crisis as a chance

We have been observing that the alternative methods that we have been using in the current situation have opened up new ways of cooperating with our customers and performing tasks. For example:

  • If it is not possible to provide assistance physically at your site, you may send in your PIXARGUS system for repair, calibration or service.
  • You may use the possibility of setting up your PIXARGUS system with online assistance via Skype or TeamViewer or use these communication channels to train your employees in perfecting their skills.
